You're right, I incorrectly assumed stateIn() would memorize the fact that the Flow completed in order to not restart it the next time and the documentation is quite vague about it (it says "the upstream can get restarted again"). It turns out the upstream Flow is always restarted after being stopped, no matter its state.

I will update the article to reflect that.
